“NH Collection Madrid Gran Via has a prime location on Madrid's bustling Gran Via; the location is fantastic - close enough to almost all happening districts, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. perfect location nice furniture great space motel room upholstery cleaning scam description
The location was perfect for exploring. The room had nice furniture and the size suited my needs well. I really liked the rooftop.. it provided a great space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The room I booked and paid for was described as "superior" but felt more like a small motel room. Seats needed some upholstery cleaning, not ideal. I found it difficult to trust the description, since it seemed like a scam..

excellent service and a central location!
amazing service central location
maria at guest relations provided amazing service, a great example! all of the staff was excellent. the accommodations are right in the heart of the city, so convenient for transportation and sightseeing. i highly recommend this hotel, and i commend the staff on the service they provide.
the popularity of the sky bar was a downside. i found it a bit crowded at times, so accessing it wasn't always easy. this made it less enjoyable than it could have been, which i hope they improve in the future.
